Job Responsibilities
- Leading the Team - Coaching, motivating, and monitoring the performance of individuals and the team through regular 1-1 and team meetings. Providing training, development opportunities, and succession planning.
- Health and Safety - Embedding a safety-led culture that promotes the safety of colleagues and service users as a key priority. Ensuring safety incidents and near-misses are reported and resolved within agreed timelines. Leading the Health and Safety Working Group.
- Customer Service - Delivering outstanding customer service and setting an example for the team. Managing daily communication with customers, including vulnerable individuals, and supporting the Service Centre Team. Logging delivery challenges and refer-backs.
- Stock Control - Ensuring stock is received, maintained, and issued correctly. Conducting stock checks, adjustments, and managing variances. Updating systems with supplier serial numbers for tracking.
- Administration - Managing responsibilities beyond stock control, including liaising with Talent Acquisition for team resourcing, assisting with job descriptions and recruitment, and coordinating with HR regarding sickness, holidays, and training needs.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Technology Enabled Care.
- Experience managing driver/installers and customer service teams.
- Experience working in health or social care, including with vulnerable adults and children.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with staff, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer care and conflict management.
