Job Description
Centre Manager for a serviced office building in London, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone from the Hospitality industry who is looking to move into a role that is more daytime focused and Monday to Friday. Service office buildings offer companies the opportunity to have a ready-made office, with a reception team and events space. This is why candidates from the hospitality industry can be perfect transition for better hours, as hospitality candidates have a brilliant customer-focused mindset. This centre manager role will run the centre, £45k salary plus bonus, running the business centre.

The role
We are looking for a Centre Manager who will run the centre. You will ensure the reception team is amazing & greets the customers & visitors well. You will build relationships with the clients of the building and ensure requests are met. You will ensure events are set up correctly and run well. You will ensure offices are set up for new clients moving in and coordinate the maintenance team who will paint the offices ready for new clients moving in. This role will include all the standard centre manager duties.

Experience
We are looking for a candidate from a Hospitality background, with great customer care & able to multitask. You could be a Hotel Reception Manager, a F&B Manager, a Hotel Operations Manager, or a Guest Relations Manager. If you have brilliant customer care skills and want to move away from Hospitality, your transferable skills for this role could work well.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Normally daytime hours (unless there is a team event on an evening, mostly is daytime)
  • £45k basic + bonus
  • Bonus is up to £4500 for your site hitting goals for the year and up to £9000 if your site hits goals & the whole company does as well.
