About the role:

We are seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our cadet training centre based at HMS Raleigh. This role involves managing staff, planning and delivering training, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining the centre's material and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the provision of high-quality training experiences.
  2. Ensure compliance with national guidelines and best practices.
  3. Coordinate training schedules and oversee visiting groups.
  4. Maintain a professional relationship with HMS Raleigh departments.
Requirements:
  1. Experience managing a centre and handling operational matters.
  2. Proven ability to meet targets and manage budgets.
  3. Experience working with young people.
  4. Strong training and instructional skills.
