Job summary

Bourne Town Hall Trust seeks a proactive Centre Manager to lead the transformation of Bourne’s Old Town Hall into a heritage, arts and entertainment venue. You will oversee day-to-day venue operations and staff and volunteers, ensuring a welcoming, safe and compliant space for the town.

Working with the Board of Trustees, you will support income generation and act as one of the designated premises Licensees, guiding the project through its funding and community engagement phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for day-to-day venue operations.
• Line-manage staff and volunteers to deliver events and programs.
• Support income generation and fundraising activities.
• Ensure a safe, compliant and inclusive culture across all operations.
• Work closely with the Board of Trustees and serve as one of the designated premises Licensees.
