Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking a Centre Manager (Employability/Study Programmes) for our Ipswich location. The role leads a team of Tutors to ensure high-quality delivery, learner progression and strong performance across Study Programme provision, including SEND delivery.

You will own the learner journey, manage admissions and engagement, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with contractual and Ofsted requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Teaching/Management qualification.
• Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (Functional Skills or GCSE equivalents).
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role with SEND knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Tutors to achieve high performance and quality delivery.
• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management and performance of the training centre and Study Programme provision (including SEND).
• Oversee learner journey: admissions, engagement, retention, achievement and progression.
