Context
The parish of All Saints, Four Oaks is seeking a Church Centre Manager to support us in our mission and ministry. As a church, we are committed to our vision of demonstrating the love of God and sharing the Good News of Jesus with all those we encounter.
Overview of the Role
The PCC of All Saints Four Oaks are looking for a Centre Manager who will prioritise the formulation and implementation of a business strategy plan for increasing the revenue and usage of our Church Centre, which has a licensed and fully stocked bar. In this, they will be supported by the Church Centre Committee and accountable to the PCC, as Trustees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ongoing facilities management of the Centre and our purpose-built Community Building; and they will be a line manager for other paid and voluntary members of the team.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible - to include evenings and weekends, where
necessary for the needs of the Centre)
Rate of pay: £27,000 per annum
