Skills and Experience:

• Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
• Motivational coaching approach and ability to provide on-the-spot training
• Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance standards
• Experience managing high sales turnover and KPIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems
• Good time management skills
• Valid driving license
