The Client:

A leading flexible serviced office firm is looking for an experienced and dedicated Centre Manager to join their team. With locations around central London, it's a high-growth firm that expect exceptional client service!

The Role:

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • This is a leadership role, ensuring efficiency and seamless management of the office
  • You will be liaising with other Centre Managers across all office locations, managing suppliers and contractors, and leading and managing your team
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding
  • Lead team meetings, task delegation and performance oversight
  • Conduct sales viewings and maintain Centre-wide sales forecast awareness
  • Administer client billing and invoicing processes
  • Oversee facilities and ensure health and safety compliance

Candidate Specification:

  • Strong operational and team management experience, with a talent for coordination, is essential
  • Someone who is a confident, clear communicator, looking to progress and develop a growing team
  • Strong relationship-building, excellent time management and initiative are key skills the team are looking for in their next Centre Manager

Additional Details:

  • Hours: 9am - 6pm, 1-hour lunch
