Our vision is that children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs reach their full potential in the communities we serve, where every individual is valued, supported, and equipped to thrive.
We’re based at the Vinery Centre in East Leeds, which is a friendly, modern, purpose-built centre with excellent facilities and resources. You will need to be flexible in your approach as the pattern of hours you work will vary week to week. You will have strong leadership skills to equip you to lead a diverse team of staff. You will be great at planning and will have well developed organisational skills.
