Job Description

As Centre Manager, you will;

  • Oversee daily operations and facilities management of the work space.
  • Provide high-quality client facing support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the centre staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage centre budget and finances.
