Are you an experienced ECE leader who is deeply passionate about early learning?

Sweet Pea Early Learning is on the lookout for a centre manager who is not only fully qualified but also brings a spark of creativity, a deep understanding of Te Whāriki, and a powerful presence to uplift our dedicated teaching team.

  • A fully qualified and registered ECE teacher with leadership experience
  • A deep understanding of Te Whāriki and its practical application through provocations, inquiry-based learning, and intentional teaching
  • An inspiring leader who can cultivate a collaborative team culture and bring our core values to life.
  • A confident communicator and brand advocate, able to promote the centre with warmth and professionalism to the local community.
  • A growth-minded individual who sees potential, not just problems, and is excited to help drive enrolments and enhance our centre’s profile
  • Experience with centre operations, licensing, compliance, and team mentoring.
  • We’re licensed for 75 children and have a strong community reputation for offering that "little something extra" to tamariki and parents
