Job Description

The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4-star hotel and conference centre featuring 170 bedrooms and 14 conference spaces. It is Scotland’s leading residential conference venue, awarded Scotland’s Venue of Excellence, and a member of the International Association of Conference Centres.

We are seeking a motivated team member to join our Centre for Health and Wellbeing team. The role involves providing high-quality services to approximately 130 visitors daily across facilities including a gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, health club reception, and fitness classes.

Key Responsibilities
  • General reception and administrative duties
  • Conducting gym inductions and developing fitness programmes
  • Supporting and advising service users of the club
  • Promoting the Centre for Health and Wellbeing

Candidates should have at least a National Certificate or higher in a leisure-related subject or relevant leisure club work experience. A current lifeguard and first aid certification are desirable. Good communication skills and an interest or knowledge of current fitness trends are essential. Working hours vary from 6:15 am to 10:30 pm, seven days a week.
