We are looking to appoint an outstanding leader to drive and champion excellence in the day‑to‑day operational management of the Pioneering Care Centre (PCC). This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of PCC and to shape the future of a centre as a neighbourhood health hub that makes a tangible difference to our communities.
The role places a strong emphasis on ensuring full contractual compliance, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing effective information and signposting services, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors is able to access the help, guidance, and support they need.

To develop an enterprising approach across all Centre functions, maintaining a strong commercial focus, with particular emphasis on long‑term sustainability of services.
To implement, develop and grow Centre activities in line with the Centre Development Plan and ensure provision meets the needs of those we exist to support.
To lead and champion excellence in the day‑to‑day operational management of Pioneering Care Centre. Not only ensuring full contractual compliance but maintaining provision of excellent customer service, and high standards of quality and safety, whilst developing effective information and signposting services.
To lead the development, growth and successful delivery of Centre‑based projects and services.
To effectively interpret PCP’s Strategic Plan and translate it in operational delivery, achieving positive outcomes towards our mission of “Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All”.
