An exciting opportunity exists to join a leading conservation organization as part-time café staff at a popular visitor center in Norfolk. This role involves serving customers, preparing food and drinks, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Applicants should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for nature, with a commitment to health and safety practices.
This is a permanent, part-time, flexible hour’s role for 20 hours per week. Usual working days will be Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11.30 to 16.45.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy visitor centre at one of Norfolk's most amazing nature reserves.
You will mainly be based in our new café but may also be required to work in our shop, with opportunities for additional hours.
The main focus of the role is to serve customers food and drink and ensure they have the best experience possible. You will help maintain the cafe appearance and stock levels, process deliveries, operate the till, and respond to visitor enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
