Your Key Responsibilities:
As our Centre Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, making them feel welcome
Managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs efficiently
Coordinating appointments and events, organising and taking minutes of meetings
Maintaining accurate records and databases, collating statistics and providing reports
Managing and preparing financial records, processing POs and invoices

Who Are We Looking For?
We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who brings:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
