The role

We are currently seeking the services of Centre Administration Manager to be responsible for administrative services related to centre management for Pacific Fair.

The Centre Administration Manager is responsible for managing all centre-based administrative functions, providing support across multiple disciplines within the centre management team.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the Centre Management office – Reception/Front of House duties, greeting visitors, answering phones, ordering stationery, maintaining kitchen amenities, managing meeting rooms and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Raising invoices, receipts and purchase orders as required and entering details into finance systems for processing.
  • Preparing calculations for various income streams, including turnover rent, extended trade, mailbox income, hoarding fees, de-fits, interest, surrender income, etc., as per management request.
  • Preparing centre communications for distribution to tenants and other stakeholders as requested. This includes issuing and filing letters of demand and breach notices.
  • Processing lease assignments, including issuing the assignment pack and associated correspondence, ensuring required forms are obtained prior to or at settlement of the business.

Your prior experience in an administration role within a commercial environment would be highly regarded, combined with well-honed problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.

Your excellent attention to detail, coupled with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and to build effective working relationships.

You will also need exceptional communication skills and strong skills across the MS Office suite. Exposure to software such as SAP, CTI, and Salesforce would be advantageous.
