Main duties of the job

We have adopted a centralised hiring process for administration roles in bands 2-3 and 4-5. This means you apply once and are considered for multiple positions within our organisation, saving time for both candidates and managers while accessing a broader talent pool.

This week are currently recruiting for the following Band 5 role across the organisation:

  • AMR Directorate PA - 37.5 hours per week, Permanent, John Radcliffe Hospital

Job responsibilities

The post holder will provide skilled PA support to the Directorate Senior Management Team and support the Directorate Manager and Clinical Director in the development and maintenance of the Acute Medicine & Rehabilitation Directorates projects, policies and processes.

The PA will provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and Directorate Manager including diary management, organising meetings with senior staff members as requested and ensuring that relevant papers are available in advance of meetings.
