Job summary

M&S is seeking a Security Officer to help create a safe, welcoming and secure environment across Leeds locations. You will be responsible for preventing loss, responding to incidents and supporting store operations with the help of mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras.

The role requires calm, professional conduct under pressure and a proactive mindset with strong communication and customer service skills.

• You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently.
• Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For

• Previous security experience is preferred
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
