As a Central Restaurant Reservations Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' dining experiences are nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling restaurant and bar reservations with precision and efficiency.
2. Collaborating with supervisors to organise seamless table plans for each shift.
3. Managing reservations and bookings for a variety of special events hosted across our hotels and restaurants.
4. Providing in-depth knowledge of Firmdale's establishments, including menu details and daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
5. Delivering top-class customer service by anticipating and exceeding guests' needs.

What you Need:

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
2. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reservation management.
3. Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
