Role: Central Reservations Manager - EU - Frasers Hospitality

Location: London - Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)

We own and operate 7 properties in the UK, including Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, and Fraser Residence in London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, providing guests with luxurious experiences for both short and long stays.

We are recruiting for the newly created role of Central Reservations Manager, who will lead our Reservations Sales Team, elevate our reservations strategy, and oversee our centralised reservations office.

Responsibilities of the Central Reservations Manager include:

  • Align strategic goals of the Reservations Sales Office with company objectives.
  • Implement consistent workflows across regions and properties.
  • Foster a sales-driven culture, set performance targets, and ensure high productivity.
  • Maximise occupancy, rates, and revenue to meet targets.
  • Adjust operations based on business demands.
  • Conduct performance reviews and staff development.
  • Handle complex inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Distribution, and Marketing teams.
  • Oversee VIP bookings, long-stay, and group contracts.
  • Manage team schedules and workstreams.
  • Maintain SOPs and reservation systems.
  • Build guest relationships and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Coordinate with GMs and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting, audits, and performance feedback.
  • Identify new opportunities and foster inter-departmental collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior reservations role, preferably in multi-property, multi-market environments.
  • Languages: English fluent; German and/or French highly desirable.
  • Experience with organizational change and restructuring.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, reservations systems, and hotel operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive performance and lead teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, independent, and proactive.
  • Strategic thinker with resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
