Job Description:

We have an exciting new opportunity in Gaucho's Central Reservations Team for a Reservations Coordinator. The ideal candidate may have previous experience in a reservations role or a guest-facing role within hospitality, and have a confident and warm personality.

Location: London, Head office

Hours: 5-week rolling rota – Need to be available 5 days per week between Mon and Sun – shifts between 9am and 7pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Be THE first point of contact for our guests, have a confident and warm personality with the aim to exceed the expectations of the guest, and leave a good first impression.
• Be fully accountable for the reservations, by telephone + email and through third-party platforms.
• Support the managers to run a smooth and successful operation to support the restaurants.
