The Role

This includes managing account cash flows to prevent taking accounts overdrawn and assisting in reconciling trades post-execution. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying any execution errors and promptly escalating them for resolution.
- You will be expected to come in and over a short period of time be signed off from both an internal and regulatory perspective to perform a client dealing function within Y TREE
- When it comes to transfers, you'll collaborate closely with our client service team to facilitate seamless transitions for client investment accounts, ISAs, and pensions. Monitoring transfer progress and providing regular updates to clients will be key responsibilities, ensuring timely completions and addressing any issues that arise along the way.
- Client billing will also fall under your competency, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quarterly billing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Should any discrepancies arise, you'll be proactive in escalating internally to ensure timely resolution alongside the other members of the central operations team
- While these tasks represent the core responsibilities of the role, you can expect to be involved in various other processes over time, including operational aspects of private market funds, tax reporting, and service provider management. Your willingness to learn and to contribute across different areas will be highly valued as we continue to grow and evolve.
