• MRICS qualified (or APC near completion)
• 2+ years PQE in landlord & tenant, transaction management or asset management
• Central London market experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Advise landlord and occupier clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and lease advisory matters
• Run transactions end to end: acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations
• Manage client relationships and build your instruction pipeline
• Work across a mixed commercial portfolio (office-led, some retail/industrial)
