Central Flow Lead, INFC Central Flow Team

The Central Flow Lead is responsible for managing the volume and workflow of multiple Fulfillment Centers (FCs) from a remote centralized location.

This position requires the candidate to work a mandatory night shift schedule and, if necessary, odd or long hours.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the workflow of orders across multiple processes.
2. Manage customer experience while minimizing fulfillment costs across multiple FCs.
3. Communicate workflow status with Operations Managers and Area Managers, and escalate any Customer Experience risks, SLA failures, or deviations from Standard Work.
4. Act as an advisor to FC operations and senior operations teams based on their holistic view of workflow throughout the FC.
5. Facilitate communication between multiple areas of the operation.
6. Provide operational insights to the Amazon Fulfillment Technology (AFT) team and collaborate to develop advanced automated flow control for FC operations.
7. Manage flow settings for multiple process paths in outbound operations across multiple Fulfillment Centers based on shift plans.
8. Understand the responsibilities boundary between Operations on the floor and Central Flow, as defined by Standard Work developed by Central Flow Management.
9. Execute outbound flow operations and communicate Customer Experience risks and performance opportunities to FC operations in a standardized manner.
10. Develop and execute shift plans based on FC operational requirements, adjusting as variables change.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or customer-facing environments
