Job description

We have an opportunity for a customer-focused Centre Coordinator with excellent social and administrative skills, who loves building relationships and is a self-starter.

As the Centre Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the building and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service—going above and beyond to ensure everyone who visits feels at home.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a warm, welcoming, helpful, efficient, and responsive reception service for customers, telephone callers, and visitors.
  • Assume the role of Fire Marshall and coordinate fire evacuations as required.
  • Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
  • Handle all customer needs and complaints quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Organise customer events and prepare meeting rooms.
Personality and Skills

We are looking for a great team player who is sociable, outgoing, and can bring their own style to our fun, thriving work environment.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Proven customer care experience and ability to resolve complaints
  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of basic IT packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
