Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions Ltd. is recruiting Census Test Field Team Leaders to coordinate Household Officers across Monmouthshire for a short-term, field-based project. You will lead teams, plan workloads, and ensure safety and data quality while working across diverse communities.

Training is provided and travel within the area is required. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience

• Manage and motivate a Household Officers team across the area
