Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Grave Digging Operative in Warwick to join the Cemetery Services team. You will prepare, excavate and backfill graves and help maintain tidy, respectful grounds for visitors.

The role is permanent and full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a starting hourly rate of £13 and training where needed; a driven, safety-conscious candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with cemetery work and burial processes.
• COTS certification is beneficial; training provided.
• Experience with 360 Excavator and Dumper is beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Full UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, excavate and backfill graves.
• Oversee maintenance of cemetery grounds.
• Ensure workflow is respectful and safe for visitors.
