Role Summary

The Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) develops relationships with Autolus' Advanced Therapy Treatment Centers (ATTCs), serving as the primary contact. The role involves promoting the appropriate use of Autolus' CAR T therapies, building strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating activities, developing strategic account plans, and communicating the therapy's value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the account, including with senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for ATTCs and coordinate Autolus activities.
  • Identify needs of stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address them.
  • Manage operational activities such as site qualification, setup, patient treatment, and compliance.
  • Provide clinical instruction and oversee activities to ensure SOP compliance.
  • Expand the number of ATTCs and drive therapy utilization.
  • Assess therapy performance and develop strategic plans.
  • Educate stakeholders on Autolus therapies and communicate clinical data.
  • Maintain clinical expertise in relevant medical fields.
  • Provide feedback from healthcare professionals to Medical Affairs.
  • Support at professional meetings and industry events.
  • Monitor business trends and industry issues, providing insights to management.
  • Engage in advocacy activities within the territory.
  • Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Manage site-specific symposiums and clinical opportunities.
Skills and Competencies

Experience (Essential/Predictive):

  • Successful CAR-T Oncology Account Management (P)
  • Leadership in CAR T product launches in the UK (P)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and cultivating B2B opportunities (P)
  • Ability to operate independently and produce results (P)

Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree + 10 years of experience

Skills/Specialist Knowledge:

  • Proven account management in large accounts and brand differentiation skills
  • Deep clinical expertise in haematology/oncology (5-7 years)
  • Strong understanding of cell therapy logistics
  • Ability to handle business information in compliance with laws and policies. ABPI certification preferred.
