Overall Purpose of the Role:

• To effectively & efficiently manage a team of operators:
• To attain the best possible output whilst meeting all quality standards
• To work safely at all times.
• To proactively suggest any potential process improvement
• To develop and encourage your team.

Supporting the wider team (e.g. Supervisor/Engineering/Mixing and Quality).
