Salary: circa £50,000 per annum (plus ILW, if applicable)

Hours: 35 per week

As Celebrity Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the British Red Cross connects with the public through celebrity and influencers. You'll lead a talented team and oversee an ambitious multi-year celebrity and influencer strategy that will engage potential supporters and help increase the visibility and impact of our work.

A day in the life of a Celebrity Manager will involve:

• Leading the development and delivery of a multi-year celebrity and influencer strategy.
• Managing relationships with existing and new ambassadors.
• Identifying and creating opportunities for celebrity engagement that will help promote our work and get our message heard.
• Leading, managing, and inspiring a team of two.

To be a successful Celebrity Manager, you'll need:

• A strong network within the media, talent, and influencer landscape.
• Proven experience managing celebrity partnerships and strategic campaigns.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with sound judgment.
• The ability to lead a team, work under pressure, and handle sensitive information.
