Job summary

Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire is seeking a CEDA Debt Caseworker to deliver quality information, advice and debt casework to clients, in line with our aims, policies and procedures, within a client-focused and responsive team.

Work will be carried out via our contact centre by phone, supporting clients directly and those with pre-booked appointments.
