Samsung.com has traditionally been a brochure-ware site, and we are transforming it into an e-Commerce platform. This team will be part of the online experience team, benefiting from proximity to customer data and all elements of the customer experience across the website. The successful candidate will work closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align priorities with customer needs, involving ongoing discussions about trading priorities, product launches, and promotional campaigns. The goal is to position our products and brand effectively to resonate with customers and increase conversion rates, average order value, and sales.
Role purpose - Drive Samsung.com UK’s growth by managing the end-to-end experience and commercial performance of product categories, blending UX, site merchandising, CRO, and online marketing to improve digital KPIs and enhance the online brand experience.
Own ecommerce performance - Manage product listings, promotions, campaign execution, and pricing to meet targets. Use analytics and A/B testing to optimize the user journey.
Lead UX and CRO strategy - Identify friction points, run testing programs, define development roadmaps, and prioritize improvements across desktop and mobile sites.
Project and stakeholder management - Take briefs from internal teams across local and global functions. Scope, resource, and deliver digital projects on time and within budget. Present updates convincingly to partners at all levels.
Develop campaign communications - Plan and execute integrated website communications including product launches, brand campaigns, promotions, and UX enhancements, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
Data-driven decision-making - Analyze site, campaign, and commercial data (GA4, AA, Contentsquare, Excel), derive insights, and present recommendations. Foster continuous improvement and share findings organization-wide.
Agency and cross-functional leadership - Lead virtual teams of agency talent (including account/project management, design, development, QA) using agile methodologies. Collaborate with product, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, SEO, CRM, and performance teams.
SEO & content optimization - Monitor SEO performance and user journeys; refine content, signposting, metadata, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility and onsite experience.
At least 7 years in online marketing, ecommerce, or UX strategy within a large multinational or consumer tech company.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital projects, product launches, and conversion-driven campaigns.
Expertise in data analysis tools (GA4, AA, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to simplify and present findings.
Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, UX principles, and ecommerce platforms.
Skill in managing agencies and virtual teams; experience with agile tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
Exceptional presentation skills, able to influence at local, regional, and HQ levels.
Organized and proactive, capable of delivering complex projects on time.
Resilient and composed under pressure, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
Natural leader who can shape strategy, build credibility, and drive momentum.
Improvements in user journey, site conversion rates, AOV, engagement, and retention.
Successful delivery of UX, product launch, and campaign projects with measurable performance uplift.

Established methodologies, agency frameworks, and scalable working methods contributing to Samsung UK's leadership in EMEA and beyond.
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.
