Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 1 (CE) vehicle to transport glass products safely across sites.
• Unload and secure loads, including strapping where required.
• Complete vehicle checks and relevant paperwork.
• Adhere to driving regulations and health & safety procedures.

Class 1 Night Drivers

Location: Barnsley

Pay Rate:

• £20.00 per hour (Holiday pay accrued)
• £22.41 per hour (Holiday pay included / Rolled-Up Holiday Pay)

Holiday Pay: You can choose to have your holiday pay accrued and paid when you take annual leave, or receive it as rolled-up holiday pay within your regular wages. The rolled-up rate includes the applicable holiday pay uplift.

Times and Days of Work: Monday to Friday or 4 on 4 off

Position: Full Time (Temporary / Ongoing)

Start Time: 18:00/19:00

About the Role

You will be responsible for transporting glass products safely and efficiently across various locations. This role involves manual handling, including unloading and securing loads using straps, so applicants must be physically fit. Full assessment, induction and training will be provided.
