RSM UK is seeking an experienced Power BI Associate or Manager to join our Consulting Digital Team (CDT) in Manchester. You will work closely with clients to design, develop, and maintain finance-focused Power BI dashboards, develop data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. The role involves performing data transformations, ensuring best practices in visualisation, and staying updated with the latest Power BI developments.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards across industries.
  2. Develop scalable data models and write DAX measures.
  3. Transform data using Power Query.
  4. Ensure visualisations are performant, readable, and accessible.
  5. Manage report lifecycle, documentation, and stakeholder feedback.
  6. Collaborate with finance teams to interpret needs and deliver insights.
  7. Maintain documentation and governance standards.
  8. Stay informed on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric updates.
