Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Lead Engineer / Senior IC to design and deliver scalable customer data platform solutions. You will shape architecture, lead design decisions, and ensure seamless integration of CDP data across the organisation.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to build robust data models, pipelines, and governance, partnering with Oracle's vendor team through discovery, build and go-live phases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading critical platforms as Lead Engineer or Senior IC.
• Experience designing and operating Customer Data Platforms (Oracle Unity, Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform).
• Strong data modelling and Customer 360 architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and JSON; integrate with data lakes, CRM, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable customer data solutions using Oracle Unity CDP aligned with enterprise data architecture.
• Build and integrate data pipelines to ingest, transform, unify, and synchronize customer data from multiple sources.
• Define, implement, and maintain data models for Customer 360, segmentation, and activation use cases.
• Integrate CDP with enterprise data lake and platforms, ensuring governance and consistency.
• Lead design workshops with engineering and business stakeholders; identify risks and mitigations.
• Monitor and optimize ETL processes and CDP operations; resolve data quality issues.
