• Must show initiative and work independently

• Awareness of Health and Safety and Food Safety law; due diligence reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead your section from prep lists to service, ensuring smooth operation
• Prepare and portion fresh produce to spec; manage stock and waste
• Assist BOH during service and report to BOH management
• Help maintain BOH-FOH relationship and teamwork across the kitchen
