Are you a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie looking to bring your skills to exciting, fast-paced events? From weddings and corporate dinners to Stadiums and private parties, we’re looking for talented CDPs to join our dynamic events team on a casual basis.

About the Role:
As a Casual CDP, you’ll be working alongside experienced chefs to deliver high-quality food for a variety of events. This is a great opportunity for chefs who thrive in a flexible, hands-on environment and enjoy the buzz of event catering.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with prep and service in line with event menus
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
* Ensure dishes are prepared and presented consistently to spec
* Work efficiently as part of a team under time pressure
* Adapt quickly to changing menus, venues, and kitchen setups

About You:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up
* Confident in working on different sections and handling volume service
* Flexible, punctual, and dependable
* Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred)
* Own transport is a plus but not essential
* Passion for good food and a great team attitude
