Job description

Our client is a large Architectural practice in east London that's currently looking for a CDM Manager with the following skills experience:

• A dynamic individual who is well versed in CDM regulations and able to demonstrate their experience and knowledge working in this field.
• Experience of working on large complex projects.
• Trained as a CDM coordinator and capable of fulfilling the Principal Designer role on a number of projects and oversee CDM sub-consultants work in projects where this is required.
• Assist their Project Managers in fulfilling their duties.
• Advise and assist in preparing strategy and training documents.
• Able to deliver CDM related training.
• Ideally professionally qualified as an Architect, Architectural Technician or from an engineering background with an additional Health and Safety qualification.
• Certified member of the APS.
• Minimum 5 years suitable experience.
