Are you a CDM or Health & Safety professional ready to take the next step in your consultancy career? We’re working with a growing, well-established consultancy that is looking for an experienced CDM Consultant to join their team in Leeds. With a diverse project portfolio and a collaborative culture, this is a great opportunity to have real influence across commercial, education, residential, and public sector schemes.

As a CDM Consultant, you’ll take a lead role in helping clients navigate CDM 2015 regulations, ensuring risk is managed from design through to delivery. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable, close-knit team and enjoy the autonomy to manage your own projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Deliver CDM Advisory and Principal Designer duties across various sectors
2. Ensure clients meet their duties under CDM 2015 regulations
3. Engage with design teams to drive risk-aware thinking and practical design solutions
4. Undertake site inspections and audits, producing concise reports and advice
5. Represent the business in client meetings, contributing to business development and project wins

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrable experience delivering CDM consultancy or H&S advisory services
• Solid understanding of CDM 2015 and the construction design process
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
• APS Membership (IMaPS or CMaPS) or working towards
• A confident communicator who enjoys building trusted client relationships
