Principal Designer
Location: Liverpool or Manchester
We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing consultancy to recruit a Principal Designer to support the continued expansion of their services in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety professional with solid experience in design and construction to join a dynamic team and work across a range of sectors including housing, education, and commercial developments.
As a Principal Designer, you will play a key role in the delivery of CDM services across multiple projects, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure Health & Safety obligations are effectively addressed and managed throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of project types and sizes, with a strong emphasis on risk management and legal compliance under CDM 2015.
