A leading construction company is seeking a CDM Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to Health & Safety under CDM 2015 regulations. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, reviewing design submissions, providing feedback on compliance, and conducting audits. Ideal candidates will have managerial experience in the construction sector, relevant qualifications, and a passion for compliance and safety. Flexible working is available within specified regions.
We're looking for a CDM Compliance Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in the East Anglia region on the Anglian Water Alliance. Location: Flexible within Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire or Norfolk (based in any region or in-between).
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
In this role, you will work as part of the Integrated Maintenance Repair & Developer Services (IMRDS) for Capital Delivery and reactive works. The work types include main laying schemes, district meter bypass installations, various size meter replacements, confined space work, planned reactive large diameter and complex burst mains across the Anglian Water operational areas.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Compliance Manager, you'll work within the compliance team, collaborating with designers, engineers, managers, operatives, sub-contractors, and Principal Designers to ensure compliance with Health & Safety under 2015 CDM regulations.
