This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. Ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home every night!

Responsibilities:

1. Drive company trucks safely and accurately to designated locations.
2. Complete and maintain required records.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers.
4. Assist in loading and unloading trailers with materials, including chemicals and fertilizers, using forklifts or hand trucks.
5. Follow safety precautions regarding product hazards.
6. Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
7. Maintain equipment properly.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma.
2. Driving experience preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements.
4. CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
5. Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
6. Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
7. Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
8. Meet DOT and company requirements.
9. Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated hourly wage: $18-$21, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits may not apply due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime and legal pay elements are included. Nutrien complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding pay and benefits.
