Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering in the United Kingdom seeks a CDE & Information Management Lead to develop, roll out, and continuously improve information management practices within the P&R Business Unit. You will collaborate with the Information Manager, project teams and Document Controllers to standardise data handling and ensure alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction with CDE/IM roles.
• Experience with CDE platforms and document control.
• Knowledge of information security and confidentiality.
• Ability to interpret technical docs and procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 preferable.
• Experience implementing digital tools and standard processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed and maintain standardised information management and CDE practices.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on CDE processes and resolve user queries.
• Ensure solutions adhere to company standards; escalate deviations for approval.
• Lead Document Controllers within the P&R Business Unit, supporting consistent standards.
• Oversee document control across P&R projects, identifying gaps and improvements.
• Promote compliance with project standards, client requirements, and internal procedures.
• Promote good practice in information handling, ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Guide project environment setup and liaise with central CDE support teams.
• Support onboarding of new projects with agreed structures and workflows.
• Deliver user training and guidance on platform usage.
