Job description
Overview

6-12 month FTC role in Delta Capita's CLM Advisory business. The successful candidate will join our fast-growing team as a CDD Business Analyst, working with clients across customer due diligence, process mapping, process improvement and more. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Delta Capita as part of our Global Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct detailed analysis of Customer Due Diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.

  2. Map existing business processes using industry-standard tools.

  3. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.

  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Risk to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

  5. Support the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives, including automation and digitisation efforts.

  6. Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process changes.

  7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.

  8. Assist in the development of training materials and support change management activities.

Required Skills & Experience
  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or a regulated environment.

  2. Strong understanding of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.

  3. Demonstrated experience in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  5. Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

This is a fixed term contract based in Belfast with hybrid working. Expectations regarding hybrid working

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office aligns to client policies and expectations, which vary. Most clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. Some clients may require 4 or 5 days in the office, and candidates must be flexible to meet client demands.
