Join a leading NHS foundation trust as a Project Manager, focusing on delivering innovative patient pathways to enhance service quality and patient care at multiple hospitals. You'll manage various projects in alignment with PMO standards and collaborate closely with clinical staff to drive improvements and efficiency across healthcare services.
The Project Manager will work with the CDC Senior Operations Manager and Specialty Leads to facilitate, support, and monitor the delivery of new patient pathways at JPUH and Northgate Hospital. These include pathways for breathlessness, Children and Young People's Asthma, hearing loss, liver, and capsular endoscopy.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring each scheme aligns with PMO standards, involves relevant stakeholders, completes Trust documentation, and undergoes quality and risk assessments before starting.
The primary focus is to support specialties in delivering benefits, improving patient care and safety, and service enhancements. The Project Manager must challenge delivery owners to ensure schemes are completed within budget and timelines, and seek innovative ways to improve systems and processes.
