Job Title: CCTV Team Leader - Parking Services
Location: London (Council-based)
Contract Type: Interim - 6 Months
Day Rate: (Inside IR35)
Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

A London-based local authority is seeking an experienced CCTV Team Leader to join their Parking Services department on an interim basis. This role is pivotal in leading the day-to-day operations of the CCTV enforcement team, ensuring the effective monitoring of traffic and parking compliance across the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of CCTV Enforcement Officers, ensuring full compliance with parking enforcement legislation and council policies.

  • Oversee the daily operation of the CCTV control room, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).

  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and external partners (e.g., highways, legal teams, and the police).

  • Ensure adherence to the Traffic Management Act 2004, Data Protection regulations, and relevant codes of practice.

  • Provide regular reporting on team performance, KPIs, and operational improvements.

  • Support service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be considered you must have:

  • Proven experience in managing a CCTV enforcement team.

  • Local Authority experience desirable.
