CV Screen is recruiting for a CCTV Service Engineer for a well-established security system company at an exciting time of expansion. The role is office based in Bromsgrove, the role is field based, and you will need a full driving license for travel to customers sites.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as CCTV Service Engineer will be responsible for providing an efficient, professional, and comprehensive service, installation, and commissioning for a wide variety of Intruder Alarm panels and CCTV systems in domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Attending customer sites according to scheduled appointments

- Installing small and large Intruder Alarm, Access Control and CCTV systems.

- Providing detailed onsite analysis of actual and potential system issues and communicating these clearly to the customer as required.

- Proposing and explaining work undertaken and identified requirements for additional works to the customer.

- Identifying opportunities for system additions by seeking to understand additional customer requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The CCTV Service Engineer will have the majority of the following experience:

- Previous experience working in the security industry, installing Intruder Alarms, Access Controls and CCTV systems.

- ECS/CSCS Card with a minimum of basic Health & Safety knowledge

- Emergency First Aid at Work certificate

- Awareness of British Standards for installation & maintenance

- Solid working knowledge of Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom

- Full UK driving license required

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £32,000
