Job summary

Professional Personnel Management Ltd in Camberley is seeking a reliable CCTV Security Officer to join our security team in the town centre near GU15. The role involves monitoring CCTV, ensuring public and staff safety, and responding to incidents after training.

The position starts on the 24th of August, with training arranged as 2 nights on and 2 nights off, followed by a rota of 6pm to 8am—4 nights on, 4 days off.

Qualifications

• CCTV license and DS license are essential.
• Reliable, presentable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Previous security or customer-facing experience preferred.
• First Aid and Fire Marshal certifications are a plus (training can be arranged).

Responsibilities

• Ensure public and staff safety at all times
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents professionally
• Carry out daily fire alarm and safety system tests
• Provide visible deterrence against theft and anti-social behaviour
• Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and tenants
• Support emergency evacuations and liaise with emergency services
• Assist in managing lost property and first aid incidents
• Uphold site policies and maintain professional conduct throughout
