Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking an experienced CCTV Rig Leader to oversee the delivery of installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance works on diverse sites. You will lead installation teams, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure quality and safety on all tasks.

The role requires reading technical drawings, strong leadership, and effective communication with project managers, clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams within CCTV, telecommunications, or related infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV installation, testing, commissioning, and fault-finding activities.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements and safe systems of work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant industry qualifications or certifications (CSCS, IPAF, ECS, SSSTS/SMSTS) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams in CCTV and related infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and safe systems of work.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance to meet quality standards.
• Act as the on-site point of contact, liaising with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
