Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Public Space Surveillance Operator [CCTV] to work with partners such as the Police, NCA, DWP, and other investigatory bodies. Your role will involve monitoring real-time CCTV, reporting suspicious activities, and assisting law enforcement by providing evidence and directing officers.

You will need to identify, report, and record suspicious activities, operate CCTV equipment effectively, and ensure high-quality evidence is captured. You may be required to write reports or witness statements and attend court to provide evidence supporting CCTV footage.

Confidence in liaising with external and internal agencies, full training, and a full manual UK driving license are essential. The role requires flexibility as shifts include evenings and weekends. A Public Space Surveillance Licence is also essential.
